Staff 
The WO staff take great pride in the program and strive to create meaningful experiences for all participants. Each hiking group of 12 students is led by an instructor, an assistant instructor, and a student volunteer. All of our staff make safety their first priority. They are highly skilled in backpacking and rock climbing, and trained in wilderness first aid. Many also work with Outward Bound, the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS), or other similar outdoor programs. Each leader works hard to encourage positive supportive group dynamics. They are dedicated, energetic, and inspiring people. |
